Once you sign up, we’ll notify you of your first service date via text and/or email. You’ll also receive a reminder the day before, and another on the service day if we haven’t reached your area yet—just to ensure your bins are out. After the cleaning is done, we’ll send a confirmation notification.

Yes, you can cancel at any time. However, if you cancel before reaching the minimum number of cleanings for your selected plan—4 for monthly, 3 for quarterly, or 2 for semi-annual—you’ll be charged with $50 early termination fee. (See Terms and Service)
